Country Manager – Food Services

About the role

Talabat is seeking a highly‑driven Country Manager for Food Services to lead its cloud‑kitchen operations in Qatar. Reporting to the General Manager MENA Talabat Kitchens, you will shape the growth strategy, manage cross‑functional teams and ensure profitable performance.

Key responsibilities

• Create and execute a blueprint for expanding cloud‑kitchen presence in Qatar, aligned with corporate strategy.
• Lead business development, stakeholder engagement and large‑scale project management for Talabat Kitchens.
• Own country financial statements, hit budget targets and drive growth initiatives across construction, brand launches and operations.
• Coordinate multiple stakeholders to deliver perfect orders, partnering with Logistics Operations and Customer Experience teams.
• Collaborate with the Senior Director Food Services to build compelling business cases for future projects.
• Identify and secure kitchen spaces that meet defined criteria (location, size, cost, accessibility).
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of multiple brands, ensuring health & safety, stock deliveries and site hygiene.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or MBA in Business, Marketing, STEM or related field from a top university.
• 3+ years in growth/product management, consulting, internal strategy or startups.
• Prior experience in tech, e‑commerce, food, FMCG or a mix of these sectors.
• Fluent Arabic speaker.
• Proven ability to manage cross‑functional teams and present to C‑suite stakeholders.
