Customer Engineer, AI Natives, Junior Talent Programme

About the role

As a Customer Engineer in the AI Natives Junior Talent Programme, you will help organisations in Qatar adopt Google Cloud services. You will work closely with sales teams and customers to understand their needs, provide technical guidance, and ensure successful implementation of cloud solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist sales Googlers by troubleshooting technical issues for customers.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to stay updated on Google Cloud innovations.
• Support the pre‑sales lifecycle, including technical validation and solution design.
• Communicate solutions that improve productivity, mobility, and collaboration for educational, government, and commercial clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic.
• Experience with programming or scripting in Python, Go, Java, or C++ and solid understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Hands‑on experience with SQL or NoSQL databases, APIs, HTTP, and cloud infrastructure.
• Demonstrated ability to work in collaborative, fast‑changing environments.
