Customer Experience Specialist – Sales

About the role

As a Customer Experience Specialist in Sales, you will be the front‑line ambassador of Tesla in Doha, engaging visitors at our store and events, capturing leads and guiding prospects through a seamless sales journey. You will work closely with the broader sales and delivery team to turn interactions into lasting relationships and drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively greet and engage customers at the showroom or events to identify potential leads.
• Capture accurate lead information and maintain it in the CRM system.
• Provide exceptional service by answering questions, addressing objections and promoting test‑drive experiences.
• Execute lead‑capture strategies during events to maximise conversion opportunities.
• Update customer profiles with relevant details gathered during interactions.
• Present Tesla’s vehicle, solar and energy‑storage solutions, clearly communicating their value proposition.
• Collaborate with sales, delivery and other departments to improve lead‑capture and sales processes.
• Maintain a professional, positive attitude that reflects Tesla’s brand values.
