Customer Service Agent – Airport Operations

About the role

Join Qatar Airways Hub Customer Services Team in Doha, providing 5‑star, face‑to‑face service to passengers at Hamad International Airport. You will ensure a memorable journey across multiple touch points, from lobby to boarding and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver courteous, proactive assistance to passengers in the lobby, check‑in counters, boarding gates, transfer desks, arrivals, baggage services and transit hotel desk.
• Answer passenger queries, provide flight information, directions and support for special‑needs, code‑share and denied‑boarding situations.
• Verify passenger identification, passport validity and visa requirements at check‑in.
• Manage boarding processes, announcements, hand‑baggage handling and passenger counts.
• Process transfer desk transactions, issue boarding cards and meal vouchers where applicable.
• Support Hub Control Centre activities, including pre‑ and post‑flight edits, passenger upgrades/downgrades and reporting.
• Assist premium and VIP passengers in dedicated check‑in, transit and boarding areas.
