Customer Service Associate – Retail

About the role

The Customer Service Associate is the front‑line representative of the Marks & Spencer Café in Doha Festival City. You will ensure a welcoming environment, handle customer enquiries and complaints, maintain store standards, and support sales through upselling and cross‑selling.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers, provide high‑level service, and address basic complaints, escalating when necessary.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and keep the sales floor clean and inviting.
• Receive shipments, restock shelves, and manage inventory to keep the store fully stocked.
• Recommend products, focus on upselling and cross‑selling, and stay updated on product information.
• Operate the cash register, process transactions accurately, and follow cash‑handling procedures.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a customer‑facing role, preferably retail.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to recommend products and actively engage in upselling.
• Attention to detail in store presentation and cleanliness.
