Customer Technical Account Manager – OTT Cloud Streaming

About the role

Bitmovin is seeking a Customer Technical Account Manager to act as the trusted technical advisor for leading Media & Entertainment OTT customers across the Middle East. You will bridge the gap between customer business goals and Bitmovin’s video streaming technology, ensuring successful adoption and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary commercial and technical point of contact for strategic OTT accounts.
• Engage stakeholders from engineers to C‑level executives, diving deep into APIs, integrations and ROI.
• Drive product adoption, onboarding, and successful implementation of cloud streaming services.
• Identify and execute upsell, cross‑sell, and expansion opportunities to increase revenue.
• Pursue new logo opportunities within similar Media & Entertainment accounts.
• Lead or support integration projects, ensuring smooth alignment with customer workflows.
• Troubleshoot streaming workflows, encoding pipelines and delivery performance issues.
• Provide best‑practice guidance on OTT architectures, including live streaming, VOD, CDN integration, DRM, analytics and API‑based automation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical account management or customer success for OTT or video streaming solutions.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence technical and business stakeholders.
• Commercial mindset with a track record of driving adoption, upsell and revenue expansion.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with global product and engineering teams.
