Cyber Security Specialist – CrowdStrike Professional Services Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Cyber Security Specialist to join our professional services team as a CrowdStrike Engineer. The role focuses on implementing, configuring, and optimizing the CrowdStrike Falcon platform for enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy and configure CrowdStrike Falcon across Windows and Linux environments.
• Onboard endpoints, manage sensors, and tune security policies, prevention controls, and detection settings.
• Monitor alerts, investigate incidents, and support incident‑response activities.
• Integrate CrowdStrike with SIEM, SOAR, and other security tools.
• Troubleshoot sensor installation, connectivity, and policy issues.
• Lead implementation, migration, upgrade, and optimization projects.
• Produce technical documentation and implementation procedures.
• Collaborate with SOC, infrastructure, and customer teams to resolve technical challenges.
• Provide knowledge transfer and technical guidance to customers.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of experience in cybersecurity or information security.
• Hands‑on experience with the CrowdStrike Falcon platform.
• Practical knowledge of EDR/XDR concepts and endpoint security.
• Experience deploying and managing endpoint agents on Windows and Linux systems.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for customer‑facing interactions.
