Demi Chef de Partie – Pastry

About the role

The Demi Chef de Partie – Pastry will prepare and execute pastry items according to Four Seasons standards, ensuring consistency, quality, and guest satisfaction in a luxury hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and execute food following standard procedures, recipe cards, photographs and chef’s instructions.
• Inspect taste, temperature and visual appeal of dishes, ensuring uniformity and correct portion sizes.
• Supervise staff, manage a shift and maintain sanitation and hygiene standards.
• Conduct regular equipment and workstation inspections and ensure timely supply of products.
• Requisition items for the following day from storerooms and stewarding.
• Prepare and deliver creative room amenities for a luxurious guest experience.

Required profile

• Degree holder in culinary arts.
• 2‑4 years of pastry experience.
• Supervisory or management experience.
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Four Seasons Food Standards and hygiene procedures.
• Ability to follow standard recipes and ensure corporate compliance.
