Digital Office Manager

About the role

The Digital Office Manager will lead QAFCO’s digital transformation agenda, reporting directly to the CTO. You will translate strategic vision into practical, high‑impact digital projects that enhance operational efficiency across the value chain.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret the overall digital strategy and identify innovative solutions that support its implementation.
• Define and steward the digital initiatives roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Identify and ideate digital business opportunities across the value chain based on operational challenges.
• Oversee the development of an integrated digital budget and spend plan, maintaining alignment with strategic goals.
• Collaborate with functional owners to design, develop, and roll out cohesive digital solutions.
• Monitor emerging technologies and assess their relevance for QAFCO’s operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience leading digital transformation or innovation programs.
• Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and translate business needs into digital solutions.
• Strong analytical mindset with a proactive problem‑solving approach.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
