Digital Platform Manager

About the role

The Digital Platform Manager will lead the administration of the core server operating systems and applications that power QNB's digital banking platform. This position ensures the platform remains secure, highly available, and compliant with banking regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Linux and Windows server environments supporting the digital platform.
• Manage web servers such as Apache and application servers like WebLogic.
• Oversee container orchestration and deployment using OpenShift.
• Implement security controls, backup strategies, and disaster‑recovery procedures.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure operational continuity and incident response.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of hands‑on experience with Linux, Windows, Apache, WebLogic and OpenShift, preferably in a large international bank.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic.
• Strong analytical, decision‑making and communication skills.
