Direct Sales Agent – Banking (Doha)

About the role

The Direct Sales Agent – Banking will promote a range of banking products to prospective customers in Doha. You will generate leads, assess financial needs, and tailor solutions to help clients achieve their goals while meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking and referrals.
• Conduct needs assessments to understand customers’ financial objectives.
• Present and promote loans, savings accounts, credit cards and investment options.
• Educate customers on product features, benefits and terms, addressing queries.
• Customize product solutions to match individual preferences.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster loyalty.
• Negotiate terms and conditions to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
• Collaborate with underwriters, loan officers and branch managers to process applications.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the bank.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitive offerings and regulatory changes.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions in CRM systems.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and ethical standards.
• Participate in training and provide market feedback to management.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience selling banking products.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field preferred.
• Proven track record of sales success in financial services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
