Direct Sales Agent – Banking

About the role

The Direct Sales Agent will promote a range of banking products to prospective customers in Doha. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of applications while delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads for banking products through cold calling, networking and referrals.
• Conduct needs assessments to understand customers' financial goals.
• Present and promote loans, savings accounts, credit cards and investment options.
• Educate customers on product features, benefits and terms.
• Customize solutions to match individual customer needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships to foster trust and loyalty.
• Negotiate terms and conditions to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
• Collaborate with underwriters, loan officers and branch managers to facilitate application approval.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings and regulatory changes.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions in CRM systems.
• Adhere to compliance standards, ethical guidelines and banking regulations.
• Participate in training and professional development programs.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience selling banking products.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field preferred.
• Proven track record of sales success in financial services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Goal‑oriented with a focus on achieving targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
