Direct Sales Agent - Banking

About the role

The Direct Sales Agent will promote a range of banking products to prospective customers in Doha. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of applications and deliver excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads for banking products through cold calling, networking and referrals.
• Conduct needs assessments and present suitable banking solutions such as loans, savings accounts, credit cards and investment options.
• Educate customers on product features, benefits and terms, addressing questions and concerns.
• Negotiate terms, customize solutions and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Collaborate with underwriters, loan officers and branch managers to facilitate application approval.
• Meet or exceed sales targets, maintain accurate CRM records and adhere to compliance and regulatory standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitive offerings and regulatory changes.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience selling banking products.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field preferred.
• Proven sales track record in financial services.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
