About the role

The Ritz-Carlton, Doha is seeking a Director of Housekeeping to lead the daily housekeeping operations across guest rooms, public areas and employee zones. This senior position ensures the property maintains the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation in line with the brand’s luxury reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing housekeeping functions and staff on a daily basis to ensure guest rooms, public spaces and employee areas are clean and well maintained.
• Oversee the implementation of housekeeping standards, procedures and quality controls.
• Coordinate with other departments to support seamless guest experiences.

• Passionate individual with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Experience in managing housekeeping teams within a luxury hotel environment.
• Demonstrated leadership, organizational and communication abilities.
