Director of Marketing – Luxury Hospitality

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing and communication strategies aligned with hotel and MGallery objectives.
• Create compelling campaigns and content that showcase the hotel’s unique identity and MGallery’s distinctive spirit.
• Oversee digital marketing, social media, website content and the hotel’s online presence.
• Build strong relationships with media, influencers, partners and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue, F&B and Operations to support business performance and guest engagement.
• Lead and develop the marketing team, fostering a creative and high‑performing environment.
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to strengthen brand awareness and engagement.
• Ensure all communications consistently reflect MGallery and Accor brand standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of marketing and communications experience, preferably within luxury or upscale hospitality.
• Previous experience in a Marketing Manager, Director of Marketing or similar leadership role.
• Strong understanding of hospitality marketing, branding, digital marketing, social media, PR and content creation.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate and develop a high‑performing team.
• Excellent communication, strategic thinking and organisational abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
