Electrical Training Specialist

About the role

The role holder is responsible for the design, delivery, and coordination of Technical (Electrical) training programs aimed at enhancing employees’ skills and professional development. This role ensures that employees acquire the necessary technical competencies to perform their duties effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct competency assessments to identify technical skill gaps and Electrical training needs.
• Plan and structure Electrical training programs aligned with support department objectives.
• Develop and customize Electrical training programs and related materials.
• Support implementation and administration of the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Evaluate effectiveness of Electrical training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance data, recommending improvements.
• Utilize digital tools and platforms to enhance training delivery, monitoring, and tracking.
• Regularly review and update training materials to ensure they remain current, relevant, and effective.
• Analyze Electrical training programs and prepare reports on outcomes, trends, and ROI for management review.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering; postgraduate qualification in Business Administration or Human Resources preferred.
• Minimum six years of experience in Learning and Development in a similar role.
• Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English preferred.
