Electrician – Engineering

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Electrician to join the Engineering team at a leading hotel in Doha. The role involves maintaining, troubleshooting and improving the hotel’s electrical infrastructure to ensure safe and efficient operation.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, maintain and repair electrical systems, wiring, panels, generators, transformers, UPS and related equipment throughout the hotel.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on lighting, power outlets, HVAC, kitchen equipment, cold rooms and refrigeration systems.
• Install and upgrade electrical wiring, switches, sockets, circuit breakers, lighting fixtures and new equipment in guest rooms and public areas.
• Monitor energy consumption, support energy‑saving initiatives and contribute to the annual maintenance budget.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety regulations, hotel policies and local codes.
