ERP Program Manager – Qatar

About the role

We are seeking an experienced ERP Program Manager to lead the national ERP programme in Qatar. The role will oversee the full lifecycle of the Oracle‑based ERP implementation, ensuring alignment with government digital transformation objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of the ERP programme, managing scope, schedule, budget, risks and benefits.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams such as implementation, business transformation, data migration, integrations, testing, change management and go‑live.
• Provide governance and executive reporting on programme status, risks, issues and strategic recommendations.
• Act as senior Oracle ERP and technology subject‑matter expert, guiding solution architecture, integrations, data, security and design decisions.
• Conduct independent quality assurance of deliverables, challenge assumptions and technical decisions.
• Assess programme readiness across architecture, data, testing, security, operational readiness and cut‑over.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• 12+ years of experience in technology, Oracle‑based ERP, program management or digital transformation.
• Proven track record leading large‑scale, complex ERP or digital transformation programmes, preferably in the public sector.
• Experience reviewing and assuring major technology and ERP deliverables and managing large system integrators.
• Ability to engage and influence senior executives, steering committees and stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field; Master’s/MBA preferred.
