About the role
The Estimation Manager will lead the pricing of tenders for new and existing clients, ensuring competitive bids that protect the Group’s profitability. This role requires deep knowledge of construction cost structures and the ability to continuously improve estimating processes.
Key responsibilities
- Develop specific knowledge of assigned fields and assist in other areas as needed.
- Maintain and enhance understanding of programming, pricing, and competitive market rates.
- Drive continuous professional development through courses and seminars, sharing insights with colleagues and management.
Required profile
- Construction‑related degree.
- 10+ years of experience in construction estimating, including at least 5 years as an Estimating Manager.
- Proven experience with CCS software.
- Experience tendering and pricing major build projects in the Middle East.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
