About the role
The Food & Beverage Captain will support the overall F&B operation at Banana Island Resort Doha, ensuring guest satisfaction and high service standards. This role involves leading the team, maintaining a safe environment, and delivering quality products in line with brand expectations.
Key responsibilities
- Support the hotel’s Food & Beverage operation to maximize guest satisfaction, team performance and business results.
- Promote and ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment and high‑quality product service.
- Handle daily team member relations, encouraging problem‑solving through proper training and empowerment.
Required profile
- Fluent in English; additional language is a plus.
- Well‑groomed with high personal hygiene standards.
- Enthusiastic, willing to learn and possess a positive, pleasant personality.
- Must currently hold the role applied for and have relevant qualifications.
- Positive and energetic attitude, able to work under pressure.
- Flexible, team‑oriented and an excellent team player.
- Trackable references supporting the role.
