F&B Waiter / Waitress

About the role

Join the luxury Kimpton Doha team and deliver exceptional fine‑dining service to guests in a vibrant, upscale environment. You will support daily floor operations, mentor colleagues, and ensure every dining experience reflects the brand’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily service tasks and support teamwork on the floor.
• Maintain clean, polished service equipment, glassware, and table settings.
• Organise dining areas, stock stations, and report maintenance needs.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on dishes and wine pairings.
• Support restaurant promotions, seasonal menus, and special events.
• Handle food and beverage storage, rotation, and waste minimisation.
• Assist with stock checks and inventory procedures.
• Upsell dishes, premium beverages, and wine pairings while processing payments accurately.
• Perform additional duties to ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

• Extensive experience as a waiter/waitress in fine‑dining or luxury hotel settings.
• Minimum of 1 month experience in a similar role.
• Strong guest‑focus and ability to work collaboratively with the team.
