Finalizer - Creative Department

About the role

Burjline Builders is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Finalizer to join its Creative Department in Doha. The Finalizer prepares accurate, production-ready artwork and media-ready files for print and digital platforms, ensuring deliverables meet technical specifications, brand guidelines and quality standards. The role works closely with designers, art directors, account executives and production teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and finalize artwork and production-ready files for print and digital media
• Review artwork for accuracy: layout, typography, alignment, dimensions, color profiles, resolution and file specifications
• Ensure files meet production requirements: CMYK/RGB, bleeds, crop marks, fonts, linked assets and file formats
• Adapt master artwork and key visuals across formats while keeping brand consistency
• Format reports, books, brochures, presentation decks and other creative materials
• Organize, name, version and archive files in structured folders
• Resolve technical issues, missing assets and font problems before final delivery
• Coordinate with designers, art directors, copywriters, studio managers and production teams, and liaise with printers, prepress operators and production houses
• Manage multiple projects and revisions, recommend workflow improvements and maintain quality standards

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Arts, Advertising, Digital Media or equivalent relevant experience
• At least 3 years of experience in advertising or a related creative production environment
• Strong attention to detail, organization, planning and time-management skills
• Ability to troubleshoot artwork issues independently and handle last-minute changes in a fast-paced environment

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
• Understanding of print and digital production, color management, resolution, bleed settings, crop marks and prepress processes
• Knowledge of layout, typography and visual consistency
• Preferred: Adobe certifications, prepress software familiarity, experience with print vendors and production houses
