Financial & Operational Auditor – Qatari National

About the role

The Financial & Operational Auditor will conduct performance, operational, financial and compliance audits for Ooredoo Qatar. The role supports the development of the annual internal audit plan and follows up on audit findings with management.

Key responsibilities

• Perform financial and operational audits, ensuring appropriate scope, testing and accurate conclusions.
• Develop audit programs, execute testing, identify control weaknesses and assess materiality.
• Prepare audit reports, present findings to management and the Group Audit & Compliance Executive (GCAE), and follow up on recommendations.
• Assist in risk‑based audit planning, gathering management requirements and aligning with regulatory and external audit expectations.
• Support consulting engagements, policy reviews and special investigations such as fraud audits.
• Supervise and mentor junior auditors, contributing to their development and performance.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in financial or operational audit.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or business administration.
• Professional certification (e.g., CIA, CA, CPA) preferred.
• Fluent verbal and written English.
