Fitness Instructor

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Fitness Instructor to lead group classes such as aerobics, spinning, and strength training for guests of all ability levels. You will create a fun, safe, and motivating environment while providing personalized exercise advice.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct a variety of group fitness classes for guests of all ages and fitness levels.
• Assess individual fitness levels and design personalized exercise programs.
• Provide guidance on proper use of fitness equipment and correct exercise techniques.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑organized recreational area and equipment.
• Respond to emergencies, assist injured guests, and report incidents according to company procedures.
• Deliver excellent guest service, including welcoming guests, addressing their needs, and supporting individuals with disabilities.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and uphold quality standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least one year of experience leading group fitness classes.
• CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and professional appearance.
