Food & Beverage Waiter/Waitress

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Food & Beverage Waiter/Waitress to join our team at InterContinental Doha Beach & Spa. In this position you will deliver high‑quality service to guests in a luxury hotel environment, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and present menus with a courteous attitude.
• Take orders accurately, serve food and beverages, and attend to guest requests throughout the meal.
• Promote the hotel’s food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars and room service.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper setting of tables, workstations and service areas.
• Handle payments and process transactions following hotel procedures.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a luxury hotel or resort food‑and‑beverage operation.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment and multitask.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
