About the role
NobleProg, a market‑leading global IT and Management training provider, is expanding its instructor force across the UK and Ireland. As a freelance trainer you will deliver live, interactive training sessions, develop effective teaching materials, and help promote the NobleProg brand.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, interactive live training to UK and Ireland clients, both remotely and in classroom settings.
- Prepare highly‑effective teaching materials, including case studies and hands‑on exercises.
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude and bring good energy to each session.
- Promote the NobleProg brand throughout your engagements.
- Collaborate with the NobleProg team to refine course outlines and improve delivery processes.
Required profile
- Creative and engaging instructional approach.
- Ability to explain complex topics in multiple ways for beginners, intermediate and advanced audiences.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing customer needs.
