About the role
QatarEnergy LNG is launching its National Graduate Development Program (NGDP) for fresh Qatari graduates interested in petroleum engineering. The programme aims to develop competent professionals who will support Qatarisation targets within the LNG sector.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in structured training modules covering technical and business aspects of petroleum engineering.
- Assist senior engineers on ongoing projects and field operations.
- Complete phased progress reviews and Individual Development Plans.
- Contribute to documentation, data analysis, and reporting activities.
Required profile
- Qatari national with a recent degree in Engineering.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
