Front Desk / Salon Supervisor (Ladies Salon)

About the role

Kozma & Kozma, an international salon group with branches across Qatar and the UAE, is looking for an experienced, confident and customer-focused Front Desk / Salon Supervisor for its luxury Hair & Beauty Salon in Doha. The supervisor delivers outstanding customer service, supports front desk operations, oversees daily salon activities and contributes to client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily salon operations and make sure staff follow company policies and procedures
• Supervise and support front desk staff, hairstylists and beauticians to ensure excellent customer service and technical quality
• Support the front desk team with appointments, bookings, check-ins and check-outs, and client inquiries
• Maintain a welcoming, clean and professional salon environment meeting 5-star service standards
• Handle client complaints professionally and resolve issues effectively
• Process POS transactions and ensure accurate cash handling

Required profile

• Proven supervisory or management experience in beauty, hospitality, F&B or another high-service industry
• Strong background in customer service and client relations
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong sales skills with a results-driven mindset
• Organized, proactive and able to multitask under pressure
• Fast learner with strong leadership and interpersonal skills
