Full Stack Engineering Manager

About the role

We are seeking a client‑facing Full Stack Engineering Manager to lead the delivery of a large enterprise digital platform. The role spans integration, workflow, microservices, web, mobile, and cloud infrastructure, requiring strong technical leadership and stakeholder engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams across frontend, backend, integration, BPM, mobile, DevOps, and cloud.
• Engage with client stakeholders, translate requirements into technical solutions and delivery plans.
• Provide technical oversight for APIs, microservices, workflows, application architecture, security, performance, and deployment.
• Manage engineering quality, delivery risks, dependencies, releases, and production readiness.
• Drive Agile, DevSecOps, CI/CD, automated testing, observability, and engineering governance.
• Mentor engineering leads and coordinate with architects, product owners, testing and infrastructure teams.
• Promote AI‑assisted engineering across the development lifecycle while ensuring quality, security, and governance.

Required profile

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of delivering enterprise platforms.
• Strong understanding of full‑stack development, microservices, APIs, cloud‑native architecture, BPM, integration, and DevSecOps.
• Experience managing distributed engineering teams and client relationships.
• Practical knowledge of AI‑enabled software engineering tools.
