Full Stack Technical Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Technical Lead to join a globally recognized client in Qatar. In this role you will guide engineering teams, design scalable cloud‑based solutions, and ensure high‑quality delivery of modern web applications.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of full‑stack engineers.
• Architect and develop micro‑service, event‑driven applications using Node.js, Python, and TypeScript.
• Design and implement REST and GraphQL APIs, and front‑end solutions with React and Next.js.
• Define CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps) and manage infrastructure as code (Terraform, Pulumi).
• Oversee containerisation, Kubernetes orchestration, and deployment strategies such as blue‑green and canary releases.
• Implement observability, logging, tracing, alerting and SLOs to ensure service reliability.
• Provide production support, incident management, and client‑facing consulting, including pre‑sales solutioning.

Required profile

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• Minimum 3 years leading technical teams.
• Client‑facing or consulting delivery background preferred.
• Experience with regulated or government sector projects is a plus.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder interaction and pre‑sales activities.
