Furniture & Interior Materials Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Furniture & Interior Materials Manager to lead our warehouse operations in Doha. You will be responsible for overseeing the receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of furniture and interior building materials while ensuring safety, hygiene, and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities and coordinate staff, providing briefings to the storekeeper each day.
• Manage receipt, storage, and dispatch of products, including food items, and plan future capacity needs.
• Ensure delivery schedules are met and maintain up‑to‑date stock control systems.
• Validate all incoming and outgoing materials with appropriate signatures.
• Produce weekly and monthly operational reports.
• Maintain safety, hygiene, and security standards throughout the warehouse and its perimeter.
• Oversee maintenance of forklifts, machinery, and equipment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 8–15 years of experience in trading companies, specifically as a Warehouse Head for furniture or interior building materials.
• Valid Qatari driving license.
