General Manager – Commercial Vehicles & Heavy Equipment

About the role

The General Manager will provide overall leadership and direction for the business, overseeing sales, after‑sales and operational functions. The role is responsible for driving revenue growth, improving market share and ensuring efficient, profitable performance across all areas.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across all business functions.
• Take full ownership of P&L, revenue performance and business outcomes.
• Develop and implement business strategies for the heavy‑vehicles and equipment portfolio.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, key accounts and market segments.
• Establish and maintain relationships with government entities, fleet customers and major clients.
• Oversee sales and after‑sales operations, ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Drive market positioning, pricing strategies and competitor analysis.

Required profile

• 15+ years of relevant experience in heavy vehicles, trucks, buses or equipment industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in a senior leadership role managing full business operations.
