General Manager – Luxury Hospitality (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a luxury hotel in Qatar. The successful candidate will provide strategic and operational leadership, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, strong financial performance, and adherence to luxury hospitality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all hotel operations, maintaining consistently high luxury service standards.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve revenue, profitability, and business targets.
• Drive guest satisfaction across all departments and uphold brand standards.
• Motivate, develop, and manage the hotel management team and staff.
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, revenue, costs, and overall profitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, stakeholders, guests, and business partners.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, health, and safety standards.
• Identify and act on opportunities to improve operational efficiency and revenue generation.
• Oversee recruitment, succession planning, performance management, and talent development.
• Represent the property and brand professionally with external partners and key stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in luxury hotel operations, including senior leadership or General Manager roles.
• Strong background in 5‑star hotel/resort environments, preferably in the GCC or Middle East.
• Proven commercial, financial, and strategic management capabilities.
• Excellent knowledge of luxury guest service standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
