General Technician (Hotel Maintenance)

About the role

We are looking for a General Technician to join the maintenance team at The Ritz‑Carlton, Doha. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality preventative maintenance across guest rooms, meeting spaces and public areas, ensuring the resort’s standards of luxury and safety are consistently met.

Key responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance in guest rooms, meeting rooms and public spaces, following CARE, RPM and GCPM programmes.
• Inspect and flip mattresses, conduct routine checks and address any identified issues promptly.
• Collaborate with other engineering staff to support the overall upkeep of the property.

Required profile

• Passionate about hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Willingness to work in a fast‑paced, luxury hotel environment.
