Global Sales & Operations Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Global Sales & Operations Analyst to join Qatar Airways Cargo’s Product Team in Doha. The role will support the operational management of space allocations, pricing and the vMail system while analysing and presenting product performance across the network.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and report on commercial, operational and financial performance of Qatar Airways Cargo products.
• Monitor, steer and facilitate global sales and product development to exceed industry standards.
• Coordinate digitalisation and automation initiatives, including creation of training and development materials for the cargo network.
• Provide sales and product support to Head Office for all customer accounts, including design of sales decks for business meetings.
• Identify bottlenecks in big data and processes and develop innovative solutions to improve operational metrics such as on‑time performance and electronic data exchange KPIs.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to work with large data sets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work in a fast‑changing environment.

Required skills

• Data analytics (experience with data analysis tools and techniques).
• Reporting and presentation preparation.
• Understanding of cargo operations and pricing mechanisms.
