About the role
Join HSBC's three‑year O’fuq Graduate Programme in Qatar, designed for ambitious Qatari nationals. You will rotate through key divisions, gaining hands‑on experience in central operations and business functions.
Key responsibilities
- Complete four 9‑month (or six‑month) rotations across divisions such as Commercial Banking, Wealth & Personal Banking, Global Banking & Markets, Digital Business Services, Risk & Compliance, and Finance, supporting business targets and projects.
- Collaborate with senior mentors, develop leadership capabilities, and contribute to operational, technological, and risk‑management initiatives.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA of 2.0/4.0.
- Qatari national.
- Strong analytical, financial and teamwork abilities.
- Effective verbal and written communication, decision‑making and organizational skills.
