Graphic Designer

About the role

Grand Hyatt Doha is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support the hotel's marketing, branding and communication initiatives. The designer creates high-quality visual content for digital and printed materials that promotes the hotel's offerings and keeps the brand image consistent with Hyatt standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, posters, menus, banners, advertisements and promotional materials.
• Create visual content for social media, digital campaigns, email marketing and website updates.
• Develop concepts and layouts that communicate the hotel's brand identity and campaign objectives.
• Support graphics for hotel events, seasonal promotions, restaurant campaigns, spa offers and internal initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Marketing & Communications team and operational departments, and coordinate and edit photography and visual assets.
• Assist with basic video editing, motion graphics and digital animations when needed.
• Ensure designs follow Hyatt brand guidelines, manage several projects to deadline, and keep design files and brand assets organised.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Multimedia Design, Fine Arts, Marketing or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in hospitality, luxury brands, advertising agencies or similar.
• Strong portfolio showing branding, digital content and print design.
• Familiarity with social media content creation and digital marketing principles.
• Excellent attention to detail, typography, colour theory and layout; strong organisation, communication and English proficiency (additional languages an advantage).

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva or other video and content tools is an advantage.
