Guest Experience Expert – AYS Agent

About the role

The Guest Experience Expert (AYS Agent) is the first point of contact for guests at Sheraton Doha. You will handle inquiries, requests and issues through telephone, email, chat and mobile devices, ensuring every guest receives prompt, courteous and accurate assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Answer, record and process guest requests via phone, email, chat and mobile platforms.
• Operate the telephone switchboard, manage wake‑up calls and route calls to the appropriate department.
• Log all guest interactions in the computer system and follow up to confirm resolution.
• Provide information on room features, hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Process room‑service orders, advise on menu selections and record transactions in the point‑of‑sale system.
• Assist guests with internet access and in‑room entertainment.
• Maintain professional appearance, confidentiality and adherence to company policies.
• Support team goals, develop positive relationships and comply with quality standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience or specific certifications needed.
