Guest Service Agent – At Your Service

About the role

The At Your Service Agent (AYS) is the first point of contact for guests at JW Marriott Doha, handling inquiries and requests through multiple communication channels. This full‑time position ensures a seamless and memorable experience for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Answer, record and process guest requests via telephone, email, chat and mobile devices.
• Operate the telephone switchboard, manage wake‑up calls and direct calls to appropriate departments.
• Log all guest issues in the system, coordinate with Bellperson, Housekeeping and other teams, and follow up to confirm resolution.
• Provide information on room features, hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Process room‑service orders, assist with menu selections and record transactions in the point‑of‑sale system.
• Help guests access internet and in‑room entertainment.
• Maintain professional appearance, confidentiality and adherence to company policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training provided.
• Ability to communicate clearly and courteously in English.
• Physical ability to stand, walk and lift items up to 10 lb throughout the shift.
