Head - Consulting (Data/AI)

About the role

The Head of Consulting (Data/AI) will lead large‑scale transformation programmes for Tier‑1 clients, shaping delivery strategy, operating models and governance frameworks. This senior position combines programme delivery, stakeholder management and commercial expertise to drive measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the delivery strategy, operating model and governance for the Consulting unit.
• Oversee multi‑disciplinary consulting teams across complex Data & AI engagements.
• Drive continuous improvement of methodologies, playbooks and toolkits.
• Identify emerging capabilities such as Agile AI delivery and human‑centred design.
• Support business development by leveraging delivery success stories and case studies.
• Manage resource planning, risk management and financial performance of programmes.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience leading consulting delivery engagements.
• Proven track record of on‑time, on‑budget delivery for large Data & AI or digital transformation projects.
• Strong commercial, operational and consulting acumen.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
