Head of Business Development – International Hospitality Group

About the role

The Group, a fast‑growing international hospitality, F&B and lifestyle company based in Doha, is looking for a senior Business Development leader to drive commercial growth, strategic partnerships and global expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire high‑potential international hospitality, F&B, entertainment and lifestyle brands.
• Lead franchise, licensing, management agreement and joint‑venture negotiations from initial contact to signed contracts.
• Develop market‑entry strategies for GCC and other international markets, selecting local partners and investors.
• Build relationships with major developers, landlords and destination operators to secure prime locations.
• Create business cases, financial models and investment proposals, evaluating revenue potential, EBITDA, ROI and payback periods.
• Own the full pipeline – from opportunity identification through commercial execution and operational hand‑over.

Required profile

• Senior commercial professional with a proven track record in business development, brand acquisition or strategic partnerships.
• Deep network within the hospitality, F&B and lifestyle sectors across the GCC and internationally.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to close complex, high‑value deals.
• Experience shaping long‑term expansion roadmaps and managing cross‑functional execution.
