Head of Information Technology

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Information Technology to lead our digital transformation and support business growth. The role oversees all IT operations, enterprise systems, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital initiatives across multiple business units.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall IT function, including infrastructure, ERP, Oracle E‑Business Suite, POS systems, cybersecurity, and end‑user support.
• Develop and implement the IT strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals and transformation initiatives.
• Oversee administration, enhancement, and support of Oracle EBS, ERP modules, enterprise applications, and system integrations.
• Manage IT projects, system upgrades, vendor relationships, disaster recovery planning, and IT governance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify technology solutions, improve efficiency, and automate processes.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team to ensure high‑quality service delivery and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive IT experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Proven experience managing ERP systems, preferably Oracle E‑Business Suite, and large‑scale IT infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, cloud technologies, network administration, system integration, disaster recovery, and vendor management.
• Excellent leadership, project management, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving abilities.
