About the role
The Hostess will be the first point of contact for guests arriving at the restaurant, ensuring a warm welcome and a smooth dining experience from arrival to departure.
Key responsibilities
- Manage dining reservations, coordinate special requests and inform the manager of required preparations.
- Greet guests with a friendly attitude, seat them, and provide menus while they wait for service.
- Inspect serving stations to maintain neatness and cleanliness in the dining area.
- Communicate guest needs to wait staff to guarantee prompt and quality service.
- Prepare the workstation, keep an organized reservation book, and ensure menus are clean and complete.
Required profile
- High school diploma.
- At least one year of experience in a similar hospitality role.
- Fluent in English.
Required skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
