Hotel Operations Internship

About the role

This internship offers university students a hands‑on introduction to hotel operations within Marriott International’s Doha property. You will be immersed in the daily activities of a world‑class hotel, gaining practical experience across multiple departments while learning the brand’s standards and culture.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate through core hotel areas such as front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and sales.
• Assist staff with guest service tasks, reservations, and operational support.
• Participate in special projects and training sessions to develop industry knowledge.
• Observe and contribute to quality and service standards in real‑time situations.

Required profile

• Current university or college student pursuing a degree related to hospitality, tourism, or business.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment.
• Legal eligibility to work in Qatar for the internship period.
