Housekeeping Attendant

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Housekeeping Attendant to keep our office premises clean, orderly, and welcoming. You will be responsible for a wide range of cleaning and maintenance tasks, ensuring that health and safety standards are consistently met.

Key responsibilities

• Clean hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms and other work areas.
• Vacuum rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture and draperies; use shampooers when required.
• Empty wastebaskets, clean ashtrays and transport trash to disposal areas.
• Run errands such as taking laundry to cleaners and purchasing groceries.
• Sweep, scrub, wax or polish floors using brooms, mops and powered floor‑scrubbing machines.
• Dust and polish furniture, equipment, silver accessories and metal fixtures.
• Maintain exterior areas including driveways, garages and pool surroundings.
• Replace light bulbs, wash windows, walls, ceilings and woodwork, and request repair services as needed.
• Handle pet care tasks such as grooming, exercising and feeding when required.

Required profile

• High school diploma (12th grade or equivalent).
• Ability to work independently and follow cleaning schedules.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive cleaning tasks.

Required skills

• Proficiency in operating cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, floor scrubbers, shampooers and washing machines.
• Basic knowledge of safe handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
