HR Business Partner

About the role

We are seeking an HR Business Partner to join Qatar Airways’ HR team in Doha. In this strategic role you will partner with senior leaders to shape workforce planning, talent strategy and organisational development, supporting the airline’s growth and transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Understand the business strategy, budgets, forecasts and employee issues to provide HR insight.
• Coach managers on strategic thinking, change impact and optimal use of people.
• Facilitate open dialogue between employees, managers and leaders.
• Influence business strategy development and implementation, contributing to decision‑making.
• Align HR services with client needs and develop solutions that add measurable value.
• Support HR leaders in aligning HR strategy with business objectives, including policy development.
• Provide expertise on recruitment, employee development and compensation strategy (excluding implementation) to drive workforce planning and organisational change.
• Perform other department duties as directed by the Head of Department.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of best‑practice HR management theories and processes.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience in case management, employee relations and organisational design.
