HVAC Technician

About the role

We are looking for a skilled HVAC Technician to install, operate, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation and air‑conditioning systems across residential, commercial and industrial facilities. The role ensures systems run efficiently, safely and in line with project specifications and standards.

Key responsibilities

• Install, test, commission, maintain and repair chillers, AHUs, FCUs, DX units, VRF/VRV, split and packaged units, and exhaust/fresh‑air systems.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnose faults, and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and control issues.
• Handle refrigerant charging, pressure testing, vacuuming and leak detection, and monitor system performance for efficiency improvements.
• Read and interpret drawings, schematics and technical manuals, and ensure compliance with HSE standards, local codes and project quality requirements.
• Maintain service reports, logs and records, coordinate with supervisors and engineers, and respond to emergency breakdowns.

Required profile

• Diploma/ITI in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or equivalent.
• 3–7 years of hands‑on HVAC experience in project or facilities environments, preferably in GCC/UAE projects.
• Familiarity with international standards such as ASHRAE, SMACNA and CIBSE.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
