Job description
About the role
The Technician performs preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC equipment, assists the team, and supports improvement initiatives to boost departmental performance. They also report any equipment faults to the Engineer, TO, or STO.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance (PPM) accurately and on time.
- Perform corrective maintenance tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Assist subcontractors with assigned work and ensure high‑quality results.
- Report defects, breakdowns, and spare‑part needs to the Fault Reporting Center or engineering team.
- Follow duty rosters, safety standards, and company HSEQ procedures.
Required profile
- ITI Certificate/Diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations such as OSHA, MSDS, NFPA, and BS.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Team‑oriented mindset.
Required skills
- HVAC preventive maintenance.
- HVAC corrective maintenance.
- Familiarity with OSHA, MSDS, NFPA standards.
