In-country Associate Director – Program Management (Qatar)

About the role

Raytheon's NASAMS program team is seeking an In‑country Associate Director – Program Management to lead execution of the NASAMS air‑defence system in Qatar. Based in Doha, you will act as the primary liaison between the Qatari Emiri Air Forces, the OCONUS subcontractor Kongsberg Air Defence and Raytheon’s MRAD Directorate.

Key responsibilities

• Lead in‑country teams for modernization, warranty, after‑sales support, repair & return, and technical assistance.
• Own schedule and performance for all Qatar NASAMS execution activities.
• Coordinate daily with the Qatar NASAMS Program Manager and the NASAMS Program Director in the United States.
• Engage senior customer representatives and internal stakeholders to ensure program success.
• Manage subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with EX‑IM regulations.

Required profile

• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a DoD Secret security clearance.
• Minimum 10 years of program management experience in aerospace or defense.
• Proven experience working with international customers and OCONUS subcontractors.
• Demonstrated ability to manage risk, schedule and financial performance.
