Indoor Wellness Designer

About the role

The Indoor Wellness Designer will support the commercial, retail and service teams by creating compelling interior concepts that enhance customer experience and drive sales. Working closely with brand principals, suppliers and finance, you will ensure design solutions are delivered on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with sales, finance and supplier teams to prepare cost statements, quotations and tender documents.
• Collect and manage signed invoices, LPOs, and payment documents.
• Create architectural and interior drawings, including 2D/3D AutoCAD layouts and electrical plans following global service norms.
• Maintain brand principal relationships and participate in design solution discussions.
• Track and record all sales‑related documents using CRM (Salesforce) and internal databases.
• Prepare and submit offers, tenders and performance bonds before deadlines.

Required profile

• Graduate in Commerce, Civil Engineering or related field with strong English communication.
• Certified AutoCAD professional with proven interior design experience.
• Detail‑oriented, able to manage multiple documents and deadlines.
